Medication delivered to your door
We are developing an optional home-delivery service with a licensed pharmacy partner. Once available, eligible prescriptions will be coordinated by our team and shipped directly to your home at transparent member pricing.
You will always retain the right to use any licensed pharmacy you choose. Until a fulfillment partner is selected and licensed for your state, prescriptions can be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

WellMindsMD Membership is not health insurance and does not replace comprehensive health coverage. Enrollment is subject to clinical eligibility and a signed membership agreement. Superbills do not guarantee reimbursement. WellMindsMD does not bill this membership through Headway or any insurance plan. Additional services are billed at the applicable private pay rate.

Membership FAQ
Is medication included in the $299 monthly fee?
No. The membership pays for psychiatric care, prescription management, and between-visit support. Medication is priced separately. We are developing optional home delivery through a licensed pharmacy partner; until that service launches, prescriptions can be sent to your preferred pharmacy.
Does membership guarantee an ADHD stimulant prescription?
No. Dr. P recommends medication only after a clinical evaluation and only when it is safe and appropriate. Under the proposed delivery policy, each Schedule II stimulant shipment requires an in-person appointment. Controlled substances have additional federal and state requirements and are never guaranteed.
Can I use insurance?
The membership is private pay and is not billed through Headway or another insurer. HSA/FSA funds may be used when eligible, and we can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Your plan determines whether any amount is reimbursed.
What happens if I do not use my appointment?
The included appointment expires at the end of each membership month and does not roll over. A missed or late-cancelled included visit is forfeited, but there is no additional cancellation fee.
Can I schedule more than one appointment in a month?
Yes, when clinically appropriate and subject to availability. Additional or extended appointments are billed separately at the applicable private pay rate.
Is this crisis or emergency care?
No. Portal messaging is for non-urgent concerns and is monitored during business hours. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.
Where is membership available?
For patients ages 12 and older who are physically located in Washington, California, Texas, Pennsylvania, Montana, Vermont, or Hawaii at the time of care. Clinical eligibility is confirmed during onboarding.
