At a GlanceWhy I do this work
Growing up across three countries - Kenya, India, and the United States - I experienced firsthand how culture, environment, and access to care shape a person’s wellbeing. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the diversity of my patients’ backgrounds and a genuine curiosity about the human mind that has never left me.
My passion for understanding the interplay between genetics and lived experience drives my commitment to exceptional, personalized care. I am especially drawn to research, health disparities, and wellness across the entire lifespan - from childhood through older adulthood - because I believe everyone deserves care that truly sees them.
I pride myself on guiding patients and their families with openness, compassion, and innovative thinking. Through meaningful therapeutic relationships, my goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to help each person build the resilience and tools they need to truly thrive.
I am fortunate to do what I do. Welcome - let’s support your path to wellness together.
