​​​Dr. Nabilla Porbandarwalla, MD, affectionately known as Dr. P, is the Owner and CEO of Kirkland Psychiatric Services and the Medical Director of WellMindsMD. As a double board-certified Child, Adolescent, and General Adult Psychiatrist, she has been recognized as a "Top Doctor" in both 2023 and 2024.

With extensive clinical and research experience, Dr. P has earned prestigious awards such as the NIH (National Institutes of Health) MIRT Fellow, where participants gain valuable exposure to research initiatives that address health disparities both in the U.S. and in developing countries. She has also participated in the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Biomedical Research Program (IBRP). Dr. P has held positions as Medical Director and Attending Psychiatrist in various inpatient, residential and outpatient settings, dedicated to treating adolescents and adults. Most recently, she served as Medical Director at Newport Healthcare  PHP/IOP Axis program in Washington.
